Upon termination, all accounts, data, information, submissions that have been used in conjunction with your BUQ account will no longer be accessible and BennyUrquidez.com has no obligation to maintain any information associated with said account. Furthermore BennyUrquidez.com will have no responsibility to you or any third party for any loss of information, data including but not limited to financial losses to you or any third party out of the termination of your BUQ account.

If you wish to terminate your account at anytime you may send an email to cancel@bennyurquidez.com with a request to cancel your account.

5. Prohibited content

The following is a list of illegal or prohibited content to post on or through BennyUrquidez.com. Furthermore BennyUrquidez.com reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who, in BennyUrquidez.com's sole discretion, violates these provisions. In the event legal action is taken against BennyUrquidez.com for content posted to a BUQ profile, you agree to accept full responsibility for these actions and agree to be responsible for all legal and other costs associated with these actions.

Prohibited Content:

A. Anything that promotes racism, hatred or violence of any kind.
B. Anything that promotes any type of sexual content including all types of nudity, links to adult websites, or
solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
C. Any type of harassment.
D. Conduct that can be construed as libelous or slanderous.
E. The promotion or sale of illegal weapons.
F. The promotion or sale of drugs or drug paraphernalia
G. Anything that promotes or illicits criminal activity of any kind.
H. Pirated or copyrighted music, software or materials of any kind.

BUQ reserves the right at any time to and at its sole discretion to determine any type of additional activity that may not be listed above it determines to be in violation of any city, state or federal law and take appropriate action.
